10:30 am Shotgun Start
3:00 - 4:15 pm Social Hour / Networking / Silent Auction
4:30 - 6:00 pm Dinner / Awards

All Foursomes Receive:
  • Laser Link range finder
  • Full use of practice facility
  • Unlimited use of men’s and women’s locker room and shoe service
  • Bottles of water
  • Boxed lunch
  • Dinner
  • 1-2 drink tickets for alcohol and non-alcohol drinks on the course
 
Sponsorship Opportunities
 
Sponsors with golf participation:
  • 1 Main Event Sponsor - $7500 (includes company logo on: banner signage, event website and flyer signage, logo’s on tee flag at each hole, recognition during dinner/awards, foursome )
     
  • 2 Gold Sponsors - $5000 (includes company logo on: banner signage, event website and flyer signage,  recognition during dinner/awards, foursome, announce opportunity drawing numbers)
     
  • 18 Hole Sponsors - $1250 (signage at tee box, foursome)
 
Sponsors without golf participation:
  • Lunch Sponsor - $3500 (includes business cards in each lunch box)
  • Dinner Sponsor - $7500 (could potentially split between 2) includes signage in pavilion
  • Golf Ball Sponsor - $750 
  • Mulligan Sponsor - $500 (logo on mulligan tickets)
  • Trophy Sponsor for team awards (top team and most honest team) - $500
  • Longest Drive  - $500
  • Closest to Pin - $500
  • Hole In One - $1000 (includes table at hole for representation coverage)
  • On course drink tickets - $2500 (2 tickets per player for domestic beer and non-alcoholic)

How to participate: Register online or email Shona and/or Kelley: shonwil@cdwg.com or kelleyg@magenic.com to indicate what sponsor package you are interested in. We will confirm based on first come/first serve and will utilize email time stamp to ensure fairness. If the package is already taken, we will do our best to get you your second choice.
