| Dallin Johnston COO Utah Health Information Network Dallin Johnston joined the Utah Health Information Network in 2013. As the Chief Operations Officer, he oversees all operational aspects of UHIN. Dallin directly manages the information technology systems, the technical support groups and all development for UHIN. UHIN’s mission, and therefore Dallin’s focus, is to facilitate healthcare communication thereby reducing the cost for consumers and increasing the quality of care. Dallin has extensive experience in security, technical operations and support. In his most recent endeavor he led the security, IT systems and facility implementations for a complex expansion of a pharmacy group that allowed for a 10x growth in customer base and revenue. He also has experience with directing technology initiatives in manufacturing, education and banking. Dallin has extensive experience in technical operations and support. This has included managing and implementing data center operations with a wide variety of data and security operations. Dallin has a BS degree from Western Governor’s University in Network Administration and a MBA from the same school. Dallin has over fifteen technical certifications including Microsoft, networking and security certifications. More than any professional accolade Dallin is most proud of his wife and three small boys. Most of his activities outside of UHIN are related to them and he wouldn’t have it any other way. Dallin also serves in his community advising the unemployed and underemployed and works with the local Cub Scouts. |
