Session Description: Now that we have all this technology…are we sure we are asking the right questions?  Healthcare analytics holds great promise as a tool to enable the transition from volume to value. But it is only valuable if we use it to ask, and answer, the right questions. This talk is designed to give a high-level view of the breadth of the uses healthcare analytics and specifically how to use various tools in the design and successful implementation of value-based care.

2. Articulate the differences between analytics to inform strategy and analytics to implement it
