·         Edits (Hold things while you figure it out!)

·         MAC guidance (MACs don’t know yet how some of this will be implemented)

 

Telehealth:

·         Expansions in Physician Fee Schedule Update (permanent, longer term, PHE only)

·         Healthcare lobbying for permanent expansions (groups lobbying for permanent change, Medicare response to date)

Dr. Abbaszadegan focus continues around the development of big data applications for front-line clinical care.  He has created new innovative approaches of analytics to enhance telehealth, implement pharmacogenomics, redesign health care delivery models to improve patient care. He will lead the discussion and Q&A for our free Executive Roundtable Discussion: The COVID Journey & Beyond: A Clinical,  Governmental, Financial, & IT Perspective

 

Ken Komatsu, MPH

State Epidemiologist with the Arizona Department of Health Services

Mr. Komatsu received his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Arizona and a Master’s of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of California. initiated the electronic disease surveillance system and syndromic surveillance system used in Arizona.

 

Adrienne Moore, DrPH, MBA, FACHE

Executive Director,  Revenue Assurance at Banner Health

Her role includes operational leadership for many areas of the middle revenue cycle as well as strategy and execution for several large scale revenue cycle transformation projects.  Banner Health System, headquartered in Arizona, has 28 hospitals in six states and nearly 400 service locations.

 

Anthony Dunnigan, MD, MBI, FAMIA

VP & Chief Medical Information Officer at Valleywise Health

Dr. Dunnigan has a medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland and was a proud Public Health Service Officer for 17 years.  He has a Masters in Biomedical Informatics from Oregon Health and Science University and is double-boarded in Clinical Informatics and Internal Medicine.
