Providers     

Your cost to attend is free! What’s the catch??  You will be required to pay a $2.50 processing fee to confirm your registration. When you check-in, you will receive your $2.50 back. If you cancel up to 72 hours in advance, you will forfeit your $2.50 fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of the event or do not attend, your credit card will be a $48.50 fee.     

Provider is defined as an individual working as a W2 employee at a provider based employer such as a hospital or provider‘s office.  Working as a vendor or as a self-employed, contractor or consultant for a provider based entity does not qualify as a “provider” registration for this event.
