Head out to Brookfield Zoo this summer to enjoy refreshments with friends. Join us for the first hour for cocktails while viewing bears play underwater! 

Itinerary:

6:30-7:30 PM Cocktail Reception with the Underwater Polar Bears

7:30-10:00 PM Enjoy refreshments outdoor in the Swan Pavilion

Plan your arrival:

Arrive through the South Gate at 3300 Golf Road, Brookfield, IL.

Mention GIC HIMSS to the guard at the South Gate.

Park at the Discovery Center Parking Lot for free. (see link for map)

Suggested attire for the warm evening: Due to the very warm weather coming, please wear business casual or smart casual to be comfortable as you socialize.

Want to Explore the Zoo before the Event?

Arrive as early as 4pm for Complimentary entry to the park through the South Gate only. After 6pm, attendees MUST return to the Discovery Center for your name badge and to board the Motor Safari Tram to the Underwater Polar Bears Reception.
