Ms. Kim Heermann-Do is the Lead for the Health Information Exchange (HIE) activities for the Military Health System. She holds a Masters in Health Administration and Policy from George Washington University and Graduate Certification in HIT from the George Washington University School of Public Health. She is certified in Business Process Management from the BPM Institute. Her publications include work on Phantom Limb Pain, Workflow Analysis and Workflow Improvement. Prior to serving as the HIE lead she was Chief of Business Process Management (BPM) in the Defense Health Agency.
