Population Health is a hot topic around the country. Hear from one speaker about how their health care organization is building a new population health program from the ground up and shooting to reach the quadruple aim. Sharon Harrell, RN, BSN, MBA, is the Population Health Management Coordinator for Central Florida Health, the parent company of Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital in Leesburg, FL. Her current position includes direct patient care and analytic functions through the hospital's Physician Hospital Organization (PHO), Care Delivery Alliance, LLC.

She has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in Critical Care, Emergency, and Nursing leadership, Health Care IT, Decision Support, Informatics, and Population Health. She is actively engaged with HIMSS as a member of the Population Health Task Force and the HIMSS18 Population Health Symposia Planning Committee. She is a member of the Central and North Florida Chapter of HIMSS Board of Directors, Chair of the Communications Committee and a member of ACHE.
