Call for Nominations 2019-2020 New England HIMSS Board

Dear New England Chapter of HIMSS (NEHIMSS) chapter member,

NEHIMSS has begun accepting nominations for prospective candidates to serve on the 2019-2020 Board of Directors for the following positions:

• President-Elect
• Secretary

Please review this attachment for the responsibilities and requirements of each elected board position. All candidates must be an active member of HIMSS for at least one year to be eligible to serve. If you are interested in running for one of the open positions, please submit:

• Candidate biography

• One (1) paragraph detailing why you believe you are a good candidate to hold this position and the skills you bring to the board

• Current contact information

• Photo to be included on the ballot

• HIMSS membership number

   

If you would like to be considered for one of the elected board positions of New England HIMSS chapter, please send an email to ne.secretary@himsschapter.org by April 30th, 2019. All applications will be reviewed by the current Executive Board, who will select qualified candidates for each position to be included on the official ballot. Review the Nomination and Election process timeline.
 

All members of HIMSS in good standing are eligible to vote for the 2019-2020 Board of Directors. The election will be conducted electronically using a third party, voting open from May 10, 2019 to June 10, 2019.
