Thursday, September 15th
Early check-in at Mission Point Lobby (8 am - 6 pm)

  • Golf Outing Fundraiser for MI-HIMSS Scholarship Fund (4 person scramble) - Wawashkamo Golf Club (11 am shotgun start)
    • A dray service is taking all golf clubs together to and from the golf course. Make sure to have your golf bag at the Mission Point Lobby bell stand no later than 9:15 am
    • Taxi's are departing the Mission Point Lobby for all golfers at 10:00 am (recommended to arrive early around 9:45 am); return taxi pickup time is 4:30 pm at the golf course
      • Grab your boxed lunch near the Mission Point Lobby before boarding the taxi (beverages will be available at the golf course)
      • You CANNOT take your golf bag on the passenger taxi so please have it ready at 9:15 am for the dray transportation service
  • MI-HIMSS/Interoperability Institute (IOI) Academic Consortium & IHE Connectathon (11:30 am – 4:00 pm) - Mission Point Sugar Loaf Room
    • A full lunch, and beverages will be provided

  • Our group block for Mission Point was released to the public on August 16, 2022. Look at booking options at: https://www.missionpoint.com, call (800) 833-7711, or email group reservations at reservationsdepartment@missionpoint.com and mention the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) room block.
  • All reservations must be made before Monday, August 14, 2022. Rooms are based on availability at the time of calling in.
  • An advanced deposit of one night's room and tax is required to confirm your reservation. Mission Point Resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. Credit card will be charged for the deposit at the time of booking.
  • If paying by check, reservation will be held for 10 days pending receipt of the check.
  • Reservations must be canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive full refund.
