Pamela Bryant is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Services with over fifteen years of supply chain experience. She currently leads a team of over 500 supply chain professionals accountable for the day-to-day management of supply operations including business process reengineering, contract negotiation, inventory management, product standardization, contract compliance, business diversity, implementation of strategic initiatives and customer service. Her record of accomplishments includes significant reductions in supply expense with a high degree of supply standardization including strategic models for engaging physicians to reduce clinical variation. In addition, she serves as the president of the North Texas chapter of the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) and the board of directors for the Women’s Business Council Southwest.

A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Bryant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and a MBA from Averett University in Danville, Virginia.

Brenda F. Clayton, RN
Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations & Administration
Children’s Health System

Brenda is Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations & Administration at Children’s Health System. She has over 35 years of progressive experience in healthcare supply chain management, financial and strategic management, and clinical administration. Ms. Clayton is leading all aspects of supply chain management and operations at Children’s Health System to include clinical value analysis, strategic sourcing, contract management, inventory management, and distribution. She is also co-chair of Novation’s Pediatric Council and serves on the CHA/Novation Joint Advisory Council and Data and Analytics Task Force.

Shaun Clinton, MS, CMRP
Senior Director, Acute Care Services, Supply Chain Management
Texas Health Resources

Shaun Clinton of Texas Health Resources has spent more than 20 years in the healthcare supply chain. His experience includes almost 17 years at Cardinal Health in a variety of roles including e-business, logistics consulting, sales management, and business transformation strategy. During his time at Cardinal Health, Shaun was responsible for many of the fee-based distribution offerings as well as implementation of numerous solutions which were designed to bring various business units together to create unique solutions for the provider market. Shaun has also spent time doing market research for a patient experience organization where he was heavily involved in highlighting patient satisfaction metrics for large IDN’s around the country. He has also worked as a Senior Director for Premier, calling on several IDN’s in order to maximize their relationship value with their GPO with the various tools that produce analytics around utilization, quality, and spend data.  In his current role as Senior Director, Acute Care Services, Supply Chain Management at Texas Health Resources, Shaun oversees a team responsible for contracting, evaluation, and analytics associated with much of the product spend at the acute care facilities. He has held this role for three and a half years.  Shaun holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain operations from The University of Liverpool. He is an active member of both the national and local chapter of AHRMM and has presented on process improvement and data standards to a wide variety of audiences during his career. 

Ed Hardin, FACHE, CMRP
Vice President, Supply Chain Management
CHRISTUS Health

Ed Hardin has worked nearly 20 years serving the healthcare provider industry and today is Vice President, Supply Chain Management, for CHRISTUS Health. Prior to this position, he served as Vice President, Collaborative & Organizational Development for Resource Optimization & Innovation, the supply chain operating division of Mercy health system. Prior to joining ROi/Mercy, Mr. Hardin worked with several professional services firms, including Alvarez & Marsal, Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young, where he specialized in supply chain performance improvement and management solutions for the healthcare provider industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Westminster College (Fulton, Missouri) and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Washington University School of Medicine (St. Louis). He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Certified Materials & Resource Professional, and Past-President of the St. Louis chapter of AHRMM.
