Please join the New Mexico Technology Council for our Quarterly CNet Breakfast meeting for C-Level executives and their direct reports.  Hope McIntosh of VMWare will present a stimulating discussion for executives:

"Authenticity is the Path to Leadership"

We all believe authenticity is a desired trait for leaders, but often individuals feel they must hide parts of who they are to be included and accepted.  How as leaders do we see this in ourselves, as well as help our teams to uncover authenticity and get the best out of our organization.  Come discuss an interesting study published by the Stanford Clayman Institute on Authenticity and how Hope has used this approach to build her teams and her own leadership brand in a highly competitive industry; what worked and what didn't work based on her own personal and funny anecdotes as an executive in the technology arena.
