Professional Development Committee Bootcamp

The Wisconsin Chapter of HIMSS is dedicated to helping our members grow, and we are proud to offer a CAHIMS Boot Camp review course to help our members pursue their goals of becoming certified!

We are excited to be able to offer the CAHIMS bootcamp in a new instructor-led webinar format! The course is scheduled over three Mondays in March at 3pm-5pm CDT, with each session covering different chapters of the exam. It is optional that you purchase a copy of the latest version of the CPHIMS manual (CPHIMS: 3^rd Edition, 2016) prior to attending the bootcamp. Topics may have some overlap but the guide is not specific to the CAHIMS content.

This virtual boot camp will help prepare you for your exam, and provide an opportunity to network with like-minded healthcare IT professionals. **NOTE: This class is NOT intended to teach you the exam, but to introduce you to the material and concepts covered by the exam, and test taking strategies to get you ready.** Class size is limited to the first 30 registrations.

The Bootcamp is scheduled on the following dates.

• March 15, 2021              3pm- 5pm CDT              Introduction, Review Module 1-3
• March 22, 2021              3pm- 5pm CDT              Review Module 4-6
• March 29, 2021              3pm- 5pm CDT              Review Module 7-8, Study Skills and Wrap Up
