HIMSS NCA invites you to review the recent publication from the National Academy of Medicine (formerly Institute of Medicine) on Procuring Interoperability: Achieving High-Quality, Connected, and Person-Centered Care. The publication describes procurement approaches health care systems can use to activate system-wide demand for interoperability in health care, and how stakeholders across the health ecosystem can work together for its accomplishment.
