Connecting Michigan for Health and More: 5 Events series scheduled from March through November, 2021

Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN) is excited to announce an all new, virtual Connecting Michigan for Health and More event series for 2021!  This series will include

• five virtual events,
• a combination of full-day conferences and
• half-day workshops,

which aim to bring together leaders in healthcare, legal policy, interoperability, and many more related topics.

Throughout the year, we will explore the new paradigm of Healthcare Technology 3.0 and its implications for the ongoing evolution of healthcare delivery, experience, cost, and outcomes.  Topics will include, but are not limited to, social determinants of health (SDoH), CMS/ONC final rules, eConsent, and virtual care.

2020 has been a “perfect storm” across the healthcare continuum.  Many of the issues and topics that have been top of mind for healthcare in the last few years will still be pertinent in 2021 but must now be viewed in the context of all that transpired in the past year.

• November 9 – Summary of Healthcare Technology 3.0 – Exploring the New Paradigm

Register and then upload your resume before the fair so employers can review your qualifications for the positions they are looking to fill.  During the fair, attendees can research companies, explore career opportunities and chat one-on-one with employers. In addition, attendees have the chance to share their personal background and work experience, and ask employers questions about their open positions.

If you are interested in continuing your professional development by securing a CPHIMS certification, the on-demand course is available to you.
