After careful consideration, the Kentucky Bluegrass and Indiana Chapters of HIMSS have made the decision to postpone the Annual Spring Conference slated for April 15^th-16^th at Belterra Casino and Spa in Florence, IN. Staying focused on the health, safety, and well-being of our members, speakers, exhibitors, and guests, it was unanimously agreed this decision was in the best interest of everyone involved.

Working with the venue and their current availability, the new dates for the Conference will be September 30^th-October 1st. It is the intent to offer the current agenda, as posted, on the new dates. We are currently working with all planned speakers and vendors to confirm their availability with this new schedule and will adjust the event schedule accordingly. All currently registered participants will have their registration roll to the new dates and if any registrant is unable to attend to attend the conference in September, a full refund will be issued upon request. For those not yet signed up, registration will remain open for participants to sign up for the September date.
